AI actions

What counts as an AI action?

Each request you make to the AI uses one action. These all count:

  • AI draft
  • Rewrite
  • Review
  • Chat answer
  • Quick search
  • Project suggestion
  • Profile synthesis
  • Document extraction

Not counted: automatic document processing.

What happens when we run out of AI actions?

New AI requests stop. You can still read your work, edit it yourself, and export it. Paid allowances renew with your billing month.

Do unused AI actions roll over?

No. Paid allowances renew with the paid billing month and don’t roll over. Free actions don’t renew.

Will changing plans affect our documents or members?

Plan changes never delete your documents or remove members. A workspace above its member limit must reduce membership or upgrade before starting AI work.

How do renewals and cancellation work?

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your access through the period you’ve paid for.

What do reports show without a subscription?

Up to three opportunities. An active Solo, Team, or Agency subscription unlocks all opportunities and lets you start new reports.

Are taxes included in the price?

Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
