Terms of service

These terms govern GrantFlex, operated by GrantFlex, LLC at 8 The Green, Suite #8218, Dover, DE 19901. Effective date: October 17, 2026. Email contact@grantflex.com with questions.

By using GrantFlex after these terms are made available to you, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Separately signed agreements control where they conflict with these terms.

Contact us about these terms

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. GrantFlex is not intended for children under 13.

Email and supported identity providers, including Google, can be used to sign in. Those providers have their own terms. Google sign-in supplies only the identity information described in our privacy policy; it does not authorize access to your email messages, files, or calendars.

Workspace owners and administrators manage membership and roles. You are responsible for choosing appropriate access and for the information you share. Removing a member does not recall copies already exported.

GrantFlex offers tools to organize information, research funding, prepare applications, and manage grant work. Feature availability may depend on your plan, workspace permissions, and service configuration.

GrantFlex does not award funding, guarantee eligibility or success, represent funders, or submit applications on your behalf. You are responsible for verifying requirements, meeting deadlines, reviewing your final work, and making any submission yourself.

As between you and GrantFlex, you retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant the operator a limited license to host, store, copy, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service, carry out your authorized instructions, and meet legal obligations. This license is subject to the privacy policy, recorded feature permissions, and deletion controls.

You must have the rights and authority needed to upload and use your content. Do not provide unnecessary confidential or personal information. Do not upload beneficiary case files, medical records, government identity documents, banking credentials, or unrelated personal details. Redact documents when appropriate.

Permitted contributions are available to authorized workspace members. Deleting your account does not automatically erase shared workspace work. Withdrawal and deletion follow the privacy policy and the available controls.

AI features operate within your workspace and feature permissions. Authorized processing may send selected information to OpenAI and disclosed providers. Review the launch preview and privacy disclosures before starting work.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to other output. Citations and fit scores assist review; they are not guarantees. Check material claims, eligibility, budgets, deadlines, and official requirements before relying on or submitting output. GrantFlex does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

To the extent the operator has transferable rights in output generated for you, those rights are assigned to you, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. This does not guarantee copyright protection or exclusivity, or convey rights to quoted source material. Customer content is not used for model training or evaluation by default; any such reuse requires separate permission.

Use GrantFlex lawfully and respect others’ rights.

• Do not access another workspace without permission or bypass security and usage limits.
• Do not impersonate another person or knowingly make false organizational claims.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized confidential material.
• Do not disrupt the service, distribute malware, or facilitate fraud and abuse.
• Do not present AI output or a fit score as an official funding decision or endorsement.

Solo is US $49 per organization per month and Team is US $149 per organization per month. Agency, where offered, is billed to an agency workspace for each client workspace it links, with a minimum of one, at the price shown before payment. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled through billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. Creating a free account does not authorize a charge.

Free includes 10 AI actions total and one member. Solo includes 100 AI actions per paid billing month and two members; Team includes 500 actions and five members. Each client workspace covered by an Agency plan includes Team's actions and members; the agency workspace includes 500 actions and ten staff members, and agency staff working in a covered client do not use that client's member seats. Unused monthly actions do not roll over. Limits stop new AI work, not access to saved work, manual editing, or ordinary exports. See Pricing for what counts as an action.

Research reports use the same discovery and quality checks on every plan. Without an active subscription, reports show up to three opportunities. An active Solo, Team, or Agency subscription unlocks all opportunities and new reports, subject to daily research limits. New one-time report purchases are no longer offered.

Features, prices, and limits may change. Material changes to an existing paid service will be communicated as required by accepted purchase terms and law.

GrantFlex, operated by GrantFlex, LLC, offers optional automated text notifications when introductory research is ready. Select text delivery for your verified phone number and check the separate consent box to opt in. The program sends one research-completion text per introductory report, plus any responses to your STOP, START or HELP requests. It does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email contact@grantflex.com. Reply START to the same number to resubscribe; this does not start another report. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can choose email when available or use GrantFlex without text notifications.

Text delivery depends on your carrier and service availability. Your completed research remains available in GrantFlex even if a notification is delayed or cannot be delivered. See the privacy policy for how we process mobile information, consent and delivery records.

SMS privacy information

GrantFlex depends on hosting, authentication, AI, and other providers. Outages, maintenance, and provider changes may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain unchanged.

Public websites and optional integrations have their own operators and terms. Their information and availability are their responsibility. Links and citations do not establish endorsement or permission to reuse protected material beyond its applicable license.

You may stop using GrantFlex and use available controls to export work or request account or workspace deletion. Transfer workspace ownership where needed before deleting a sole owner’s account. Deletion and retention follow the privacy policy and applicable agreements.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful activity, material violations of these terms, or legal obligations. Where practicable and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and offer an opportunity to resolve it. Email contact@grantflex.com about an access dispute.

To the extent permitted by law, the service and AI output are provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, suitability for a particular application, uninterrupted operation, or a funding result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that law does not permit the parties to exclude.

Material changes will be presented with their effective date and appropriate notice. Where renewed acceptance is needed, it will be requested. A terms update does not silently authorize new AI processing or new personal-data uses.
