Your workspace has boundaries. Your review stays central.
Know what you are sharing, which people can access the work, and how AI processing fits the features you choose. The privacy policy explains the published processing and retention terms in detail.
A separate workspace for each organization
Workspace access follows membership and roles. Owners and administrators manage invitations. Client documents and research belong to the relevant organization workspace; switching clients changes the active workspace context.
Use the appropriate member permissions and upload only information you are authorized to provide. Shared work is available to authorized members according to their role.
AI processing has explicit choices
An owner or administrator enables AI for a workspace. Storage-only uploads do not trigger AI analysis. Authorized document analysis and inclusion in research are separate choices. Review the permitted facts and documents before launching research.
Public web research uses the information displayed for that purpose. Selected private context is processed separately for synthesis with web tools disabled. Private here means excluded from public web research, not excluded from the disclosed AI provider's processing.
Processing, retention, and training are different
GrantFlex does not use customer documents or reports for model training or evaluation datasets by default. Such reuse requires separate permission. AI features and background research still involve provider processing and retention under the terms described in the privacy policy.
GrantFlex does not promise Zero Data Retention for background research. Provider records, application deletion, and backups have different lifecycles. See the privacy policy for current providers and your choices.
People make the final decision
Check source citations, missing facts, eligibility, and the funder's requirements before relying on an AI output. GrantFlex never submits a grant application on your behalf.
