Changes to GrantFlex, newest first.

Fixed Draft from your documents, which stopped with a message about AI permissions whenever it found passages in your documents to cite.
Fixed a final quality check that stopped some research reports from finishing.
Drafts of letters of support now include your organization's name. Only the sender's name, title and contact details are left for you to fill in.
The project coach and proposal drafts now read project budgets in dollars.

New areas for the work that follows research:

Pipeline tracks every grant and request through stages from Prospect to Secured, in a list or on a board. Add funding adds one by hand, from a funder's page or from a spreadsheet.
Calendar gathers deadlines, report dates and follow-ups, with reminders, a weekly summary and a private calendar link for Google, Apple or Outlook.
Funders keeps each funder's history, contacts and interactions together.
Insights shows what you've secured and what's in progress, and downloads a Board report as PDF or Word.
Proposals gain section limits, version history, reviewers and comments, an answer library, budgets, letters of support and package downloads. Recording the submission keeps a copy and locks the proposal.
Awards keep their payments and report dates, with a task to say thank you.

Also on October 25:

Solo now includes two members, so you can invite a colleague.
Refresh report rechecks the funder pages behind a finished report, once a day. A paid workspace's latest report also refreshes each month, and What changed lists the differences.
Tasks created from research have short titles, with the full sentence in the description.

Ask the funder starts from what your report couldn't confirm, with suggested questions and the reason for each.
After you send a message yourself, select I sent it. GrantFlex records the send and adds a follow-up task, and Pipeline's Waiting on funders filter shows who hasn't replied.
Log the reply records the funder's answer. Pull out the facts with AI suggests updates from it, each quoting the funder, and uses one AI action.
GrantFlex still sends nothing to a funder.

Projects can start from the ideas you added during setup or a report suggested, with the new project's form filled in from the idea.
Project cards lead with money and dates: each funding source shows its status, and the nearest deadline is shown on the card.

Full report reads as one document, with contents and sources.
Download it as a PDF or as Word files, print it, or select Copy summary to paste its summary into a document or an email.

New workspaces get free introductory research when setup finishes. It previews up to three researched opportunities and uses no AI actions.
