Documents, Insights and your data

Other downloads
DownloadFormatWhat's in it
Download originalThe file as uploadedOne document, from its page under Documents.
Download pack (ZIP)ZIPEvery current document in your applicant file, with a README of what's missing. It holds up to 200 MB.
Board reportPDF or Word (.docx)One period's Insights figures, titled Grants report, with your board summary if you wrote one. The PDF is to share or print, and the Word document to edit before the meeting. Each table lists up to 20 rows and says how many more are in GrantFlex.
Export all dataZIPEvery record as JSON, one file for each kind of record, plus your original documents and a README. It's in Settings, under Data controls, for owners and admins.

In the data export, amounts are in cents and whole-day dates are written as YYYY-MM-DD. Documents too large to include, or that can't be read, are listed in the README so you can download them from Documents.

Calendar

Select Subscribe on the calendar. Both options cover dates from the past 90 days through the next 18 months.

  • Create a private calendar link gives you a link to subscribe to in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. It updates on its own as dates change, on your calendar app's schedule. Anyone with the link can see the titles and dates, so keep it private.
  • Download a one-time copy (.ics) saves the dates as they are now in one file. It doesn't update.

Files you bring in

  • Documents: .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .csv, .txt, .png, .jpg and .jpeg, up to 50 MB each and 20 at a time. Scans need AI to read their text.
  • Spreadsheet import: a .xlsx or .csv file under 1 MB. In an Excel file, GrantFlex reads the first sheet. Download a template gives you a CSV file to start from.

Agency branding

When a workspace is linked to an agency that shows its branding, the board report, the proposal's Word file and the READMEs in the full package and the applicant file pack carry a Prepared by line with the agency's name and website, and its footer line. The board report and the Word file also show its logo.
